  • Replacement of defective parts or repair of the unit at no additional cost.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, brushes, hoses, batteries).
  • Damage caused by liquid spills, power surges, or use with incompatible voltage.
  • Commercial or industrial use of household vacuum models.

3. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:
